This conference will provide an international
opportunity to share scientific expertise and
knowledge towards the development of new methods and
strategies for countering terrorism.
With the focus on the forefront of research and development, emerging technologies and technology under evaluation or demonstration, the meeting will expose senior and younger scientists to the challenges of chemical and biological sensing and detecting, allowing policy makers and researchers to develop jointly a framework for this area.
The conference is organised by the RSC and run in collaboration with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, MOD, UK, and the Home Office Scientific Development Branch, UK.
