Quality management is increasingly relevant for today’s chemical industry being the main factor which creates and fosters competitive advantage on a global scale. While the focus of quality management is on the end product, it encompasses the production processes, customer/sales desk operations, and everything else that constitutes the USP for a specific product or range of products. When environmental and safety compliance requirements are added to the list of challenges, the resulting equation required to be solved by chemical enterprises in their own terms emerges in its full complexity.

Following a very promising first edition, this year’s event will bring together one more time top level quality managers from the world leading chemical companies to illustrate their achievements and share valuable experience about the different phases of process quality system deployment, results evaluation and mapping options.
