The Conference will critically analyze the state-of-the-art in the field of porous semiconductors during the two years that have passed since the PSST-2006 event. The emphasis will be kept on breakthroughs in understanding the mechanism of growth and physical properties of porous semiconductors; critical issues in their properties and emerging applications. We challenge expanding applications of porous semiconductors in natural and life science, as well as in sensing, chemical and photochemical applications.

The Conference will serve to join researchers active in physics and chemistry of semiconductors, optics, electrochemistry, analytical instrumentation, Biochemistry, medicine and other related field.
