The 2nd International Symposium on Organic Chemistry will be held from December 13th to 16th, 2008, in Sofia, Bulgaria. Previous symposium in this series took part in 2006 and attracted more than 150 participants from 18 countries from Europe, Asia, Africa and America. The meeting addresses recent developments in all fields of modern organic chemistry and the various related interdisciplinary areas.The program will include invited lectures, and contributed oral or poster presentations from the participants.

The participants in the symposium are invited to submit their papers in full text (in English) for publication in a book with Proceedings of the Conference. The submitted manuscripts will be accepted for publication after a peer review. The proceedings will be included in the book series "Topics in Chemistry and Materials Science"
