Official Information:
Organometallic chemistry has developed into a central research area in chemistry at the interface between organic and Inorganic Chemistry,. It provides the basis for the development of new molecular catalysts, materials as well as nanotechnology. Well established colleagues have been invited as plenary lecturers and also some of the best young chemists in the field, all of whom use organometallic chemistry as a central part of their work. This will create much cross-fertilisation of ideas.
Chair:
Lutz H. Gade (Universität Heidelberg)
