The TRACE 5^th Conference Scientific Program will consist of oral contributions and poster presentations on the TRACE project as well as external contributions on the food traceability and authenticity theme. The conference includes the Isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS)-workshop ‘Analytical and technical aspects of the δ ¹⁸O-determination of organic substances’ and the session ‘Traceability systems now and in future‘ with invited speakers.
