Conferences on Isoprenoids have been organized since the mid 1960’s as biannual events, alternating between Poland and the Czech Republic. The Conferences over many years became very popular and well-attended.

With great pleasure we officially announce the broadening of our scientific program to include, in addition to advances in chemistry of isoprenoids, also advances in chemistry of other bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, amino acids, low molecular weight carbohydrates, antibiotics etc.

The present format of the Conference is oriented toward stereoselective synthesis of bioactive compounds and the program includes both plenary and invited lectures, oral communications as well as a poster session.
