The International Scientific Conference Biogas Science 2009, in Erding, Germany, will take place from 2 to 4 December 2009. The conference "Biogas Science 2009" aims to identify the interrelationship between the numerous scientific disciplines involved. Latest research results will be presented. Experts of the various scientific disciplines are encouraged to discuss methods and stimulate standardization. Excursions to interesting sites and plants are highlighting the scientific conference.

The contributions will adress innovative developments in the following subjective areas:

Session 1: Raw materials and additives for biogas production
Session 2: Efficiency of processes in laboratory and pilot plant scale
Session 3: Efficiency of process in practice
Session 4: Microbiology and molecular biology
Session 5: Analysis, process measuring, control technology and process modeling
Session 6: Economy, ecology and assessments
