We will follow the different steps of the drug delivery system creation: from preformulation to formulation and industrial development, and highlight the role of precise tools for the characterization and evaluation at each level of the process. The programme will include plenary and invited lectures as well as poster poster presentations and oral contributions. The plenary lectures will also treat topics beyond drug delivery. An exhibition will be organized in the poster area (in 2007 more than 300 posters were presented).

There will be technical sessions devoted to specific scientific equipment or tools. These sessions are open to sponsors or exhibitors only (limited number). Deadline for abstract submission for these sessions is 1 May, 2010, as for oral and poster presentations..
