Official Information:

Ferroelectric and Dielectric systems are technologically potential and practically relevant area of R & D from both the fundamental and applications point of view. Its importance is increasing with every bit of technological advancement with objectives of commercialization. Ever since its emergence during world war II, the market potential of these materials is increasing rapidly for a wide verity of next generation of smart/intelligent devices, i.e. memories, transducers, ultrasonic motors, MEMS and now NEMS are just a few amongst an endless list. The aim of this conference is to hold an open deliberation on the state of art development in this important area of R & D, a first hand assessment of the existing challenges with an objective to arrive at perspective solution and define future strategy. It will provide a proper forum where senior academicians/ experts and young researchers/scholars would get ample opportunity to interact and discuss the recent trends in the materials and technological developments in the subject areas of their interest so as to have a fusion of viable ideas to be realized in future as a gift to the youngsters by their expert predecessors.
