The year 2011 as the International Year of Chemistry will be celebrated with various activities around the world. Celebrated with the motto “Chemistry-Our Life, Our Future”, these activities mainly aim to communicate to people the importance of chemistry in our lives, to promote young people’s interest in chemistry and to offer innovative suggestions for a brilliant future for chemistry. In this significant year for chemists, we are proud to hold this congress in Erzurum, the city of 2011 Universiade, civilizations, a frontier town with people of heart. Sincerely wishing that it will leave good traces in memories with its scientific content and social activities, we believe that the congress will serve as an important means for mutual transfer and sharing of our knowledge,, with hopes for significant  developments. With a highly rich content, the scientific program includes analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, physical-polymer chemistry, medicinal chemistry and organic chemistry.
