As the world’s population edges towards 9 billion with a growing demand for food, manufactured goods and improved access to clean water and fuel, the strain on the planet’s resources is steadily increasing. The goal of this event is to bring together international researchers from academia and industry, from authorities and other institutions to communicate and share the latest developments across the broad and diverse fields of Green and Sustainable Chemistry.
As the first edition of the Green and Sustainable Chemistry Conference was very well received by the participants, the second edition will again be a forum to address these challenges in a broad unique manner encompassing many diverse fields of Green and Sustainable Chemistry.
