The International Symposium on Glycoconjugates is the official biannual meeting promoted by the International Glycoconjugate organization. The symposium is the 25th edition continuing a long-standing tradition dating back to 1964.
Glycans linked to lipids (in glycolipids) and to proteins (in glycoproteins
and proteoglycans) play crucial roles in all aspects of biology in viruses,
microorganisms and mammals, in particular humans.
The symposium will be structured with plenary lectures, symposia and workshops with invited keynote lectures and oral presentations selected from submitted abstracts, and poster sessions.
